The SSL-Explorer Community Edition is GPL licensed software and will remain so. There are no plans to commercialize the source, or to change the license in any way.
The SSL-Explorer Enterprise Edition uses a number of commercial features that work along side the core, these features are not licensed under the GPL and can only be used with a license from 3SP Ltd.
A unique and core part of our approach is in ensuring that, where possible, security related modules go in the SSL-Explorer Community Edition to allow third parties to evaluate the effectiveness of the security measures we provide.
