Network Places browser not displaying menu

The Problem:
When launching the HTML browser for Network Places sometimes the menu on the right side of the window is not displayed.

3SP Says:
We are aware of this issue and the problem is scheduled to be resolved shortly, in the meantime a workaround is available by refreshing the browser, as this will cause the menu to be displayed again.
